Responsibilities:
处理与客户有关事务，如：报价，利润率，商业合同，以及发货
统计与预测埃意销售增长
推进实施既有的竞争策略
确保所有实施项目和客户要求按计划进行
预测客户需求以确保特殊客户与产品策略
所有销售部门的内部合作包括市场部、项目部、新产品部门以及应用工程部

Be responsible for all issues involving the customers such as pricing,profitability,contract and give support to quality and delivery of product
Be responsible for account penetration and growth of IEE's sales of current and future products
Follow up on competition activities with dedicated stratety
Ensure that ongoing programs and customer expectations are being met
Keep internal coordination of all account related activities including marketing,program management, new product development, and application engineering


Requirements:
工程相关专业，大学学历
至少五年相关职位经验
拥有汽车行业经验者优先
项目管理或工程背景优先
英语熟练，中文普通话流利
良好的组织才能，关注细节，具有前瞻性
可以与国际环境良好融合
领导才能，具有说服力和持久性

Majoring in: Engineer/electronic or technique back ground
From automotive field with 3 years work experience(depends on his/her quality can be 2 years).
Project management and Engineering background is preferable
Must be good at English. German & Japanese can be regarded as a plus.
Show strong organizational skills, pay attention to detail and a proactive approach
Be able to integrate in an international environment
Having Leading skills, persuasive and persistent
