岗位职责：
1.定期对高低压变配电间的电气设备和线路进行日常维护，及时排除隐患，保障大厦供电系统正常安全运行。

2.执行定时巡查制度，对大厦各楼层公共区域、租户内部水电使用情况定期巡查，发现问题及时处理并登记备案。

3.认真填写交接班记录，做到当班问题当班处理，不能及时完成的必须和接班人员详细交接。

4.对大厦内租户的报修应随报随修，不得以任何借口推诿，处理不了的问题及时上报。

任职要求：

1．持有效电工进网作业许可证（安装和维修）

2．持有高压值班证者优先录用

3．有大型卖场、超市、商业楼中央空调、给排水、电气、暖气维护经验满3-5年，具备独立的低压电气线路和设备的维护保养能力。

4．有较强的团队合作精神和亲和力

5．年龄26-45岁之间

Lighting Design Partnership International is a new generation specialist lighting design consultancy group.
