职位描述

Profile – Senmatic A/S Key account manager



Job Purpose:

Responsible for sales and marketing of temperature sensor technology in P.R. China

Responsible for collecting and processing relevant market information in dedicated business areas and reporting to Senmatic.

Proactively approaching potential customers within the maritime industry as well as petrochemical industry.

Develop a new customer base in China jointly with the sales team in HQ, Denmark.

Job discreiption:

Establish close business relations with Emerson/Rosemount in China and future business.

Build up a network and sales to shipyards and marine engine manufacturers in China.

In coordination with the sales organization in Denmark prepare and submit price quotations to customers.

Follow-up on submitted price quotations and daily business.

Obtain market information and competitor information.

Share same information with the sales organization in Denmark.

Report to sales organization in Denmark according to agreement.

Help in TCN with preparing and booking orders.

Together with sales organization in Denmark find new product and sales opportunities.


Applicant Profile:

A strong network within the maritime industry.

Self motivating, ambitious, pro-active.

Technical background with commercial understanding, alternatively commercial background with technical understanding.

Fluent in English, both verbal and in writing.


Key challenges:

Establish close business relations with Emerson in China securing orders.

Establish close business relations with shipyards and marine engine manufacturers in China securing orders.

Finding new customers for sensor products and securing orders.

Obtain and build-up market information - sharing it with Senmatic.

Building-up knowledge of Senmatic product range and the sensor products especially.


工作目的:

1. 负责搜集市场信息,协同制定业务发展策略,促进业务持续成长; 收集和处理Senmatic产品相关市场信息及专用业务领域市场报告。

2. 负责制定即有客户销售及经营策略,深耕既有客户,发掘新产品/新项目机会,保证销售份额的扩大,及利润率的增长。

3. 负责拟定新客户和新产品领域之开发策略,争取新的合作机会,保证公司销售业绩的持续增长和利润目标的实现;特别是海事行业以及石油化工行业。

4. 与丹麦总部销售团队一起 共同开发潜在新客户,包括中国大陆和亚太区。


具体的任务列表:

1. 全面负责与爱默生/罗斯蒙特等大客户,建立密切的业务关系和业务拓展。

2. 开始涉足中国船厂和船用发动机制造商领域,开发和建立销售网络。

3. 与丹麦总部销售团队一起紧密配合,组织参与销售活动提交报价给及后续跟单与客服服务等日常业务。

4. 获取市场信息和竞争对手信息,定期提交报告给丹麦的销售团队。

5. 对现有业务和生产进行跟进,协调,保证订单按时、按质的交到客户手中。

6. 参与、组织产品交流会,寻找商业机会,拓展产品销售渠道。


任职要求:

1. 本科或以上学历;优秀的英语沟通能力,CET-6或以上水平

2. 具备3-5 年以上大客户销售管理经验,有一定的市场分析及判断能力

3. 有海外客户管理经验,在国际大客户开发与管理方面具有丰富的经验

4. 具有较强的技术理解和商业谈判能力

5. 自我激励,性格外向,富有亲和力,良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神,强烈的进取心和快速的自我学习能力

6. 有海洋或石油行业背景优先
