Functional title: Assistant Manager Treasury

Key Responsibility:

Lead responsible for the HK/ML treasury related job, prepare monthly ABS related report, daily/monthly cash flow forecast, cash management, effective communication with FF-6, month end process for treasury related issues.

Major Responsibilities

· Conduct all HK/ML treasury tasks, and act as the key contact point both internally and externally regarding all treasury related issues.

· Generate ABS monthly servicer reports with high accuracy in timely manner, communicate with relevant parties effectively, and ensure payment is remitted on time.

· Daily cash flow forecast for SF3-CN and notify treasury centre about the funding request in time.

· Continue to improve cash flow forecast process with better quality and reliability, be able to liaise with people from all relevant departments in order to utilize fund more efficiently.

· Conduct interbank placement to manage funding needs.

· Prepare treasury journals for both SF3-CN and SF3-HK, conduct trend analysis for HK financial derivatives.

· Prepare treasury related payments for both SF3-CN and SF3-HK with good follow up to ensure the payment is made on time.

· Update funding table, payment summary, borrowing register and all other internal reports correctly and timely.

· Prepare drawdown notice and finalize the process of loan with banks, ensure all filings are in appropriate manner and able to meet internal/external audit requirement.

· Provide all documents required by banks for but not limited to credit review, capital injection and signature update etc.

· Loan Accounts maintenance for SF3-CN, signatory update etc.

· Upload monthly cash planning to FEP system based on BMW AG’s requirement and deadline.

· Assist KPMG auditors about treasury matters for both SF3-CN and SF3-HK.

· Willing to be involved into upcoming project works.

· Other jobs on request.

Knowledge / Skills / Competences

· Good Fluent in Chinese and English, good problem solving skills, reliable, team work sprit.

· Have "can do” attitude and a proactive and positive approach to work, self motivated.

· Strong communication skills and eye for details.

Experience

· More than 3 years related working experience in a similar role, experience in auto finance industry is highly preferred.

· Possession of Interbank local currency trader certificate and experience in ABS transaction would certainly be an extra plus.
