Job responsibility:

- Invoice processing for assigned countries

- Expense claim processing for assigned countries

- Payment runs for assigned countries

- Invoice On Hold identification and resolution

- Identification and resolution of payment rejections

- Group Mailbox monitoring and administration

- Week end and Month End Close of AP module for assigned countries

- Account reconciliations

- Manual accrual notifications

- Customer service

- Answers inquiries from local contact person

- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree, major in Finance or Accounting with more than 3 years relevant experience in multinational company;

- Good communication skills and team work attitude;

- Good command of both spoken and written English;

- Detail oriented, well organized with strong sense of responsibility,

- Proficient with Oracle ERP preferred;

- Shared service centre experience preferred;

- Working with multiple currencies and subsidiaries;
