职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Learn and assist in payroll calculation via our E-HR system.
2. Assist in handling social welfare, housing fund, employment permit application and other HR related services.
3. Learn how to handle queries on payroll & HR related matter, e.g. labor contract drafting, expatriate visa application, etc.
4. Assist to collect data & documentation for payroll & individual income tax processes.
5. Assist with employee benefit matter.
6. Research through internet and telephone, report to team leader in time.
7. Responsible to complete the job arranged by the team leader.
8. Assist with daily admin affairs.
9. Other adhoc assignments from team leader.
For those qualified applicants, the related training will be given. If the performance is good during internship, it is possible to become a full-time staff with full benefit.
？ Requirements:
1. Bachelor or diploma, major in Human Resources / Business Administration / English preferred.
2. Internship with minimum 3 months, at least 4 full working days a week.
3. Basic English skills (oral and written) but good English is highly appreciated.
4. A team player with good interpersonal skills, self-initiated and results-oriented.
薪酬人事服务部实习生
岗位责任：
1. 学习使用E-HR系统，协助进行工资计算
2. 协助处理五险一金、外籍人士工作证申请等人事相关事宜
3. 学习并协助处理薪酬和人事相关业务，如劳动合同的草拟、外籍人士工作证申请等
4. 协助收集整理工资计算和个人所得税计算相关的数据和材料
5. 协助处理员工福利的相关事宜
6. 通过网络、电话进行调研工作，及时向部门主管汇报
7. 按照主管和客户的需求，按时按量完成任务
8. 协助处理日常行政事务
9. 协助部门主管完成其他相关工作
经面试合格者，公司会提供专项培训。如果后期工作表现良好，将有机会转为正式员工，并提供相应的五险一金和法定年假。

2. 实习期不短于3个月，每周工作时间不短于4天
3. 具备基本的英文技能（口语和书面用语），有较高英文技能者优先考虑
