Job Description - Marketing Senior Officer - Revenue Management


Position:Marketing Senior Officer - RM
Reports to:Supervisor - Marketing - Revenue Management

Job Summary:The Senior Officer will be responsible for pricing and report analysis. Execute and support all Revenue
Management activities within Northern China in the objective to make sure Region/District strategy and initiative
are implemented, ensure all customers contribute to the long term profitability of UPS.

Responsibilites:1. Revenue Management:
To support proper pricing procedures are implemented;
To support and monitor the RM process (NBA/Ad-Hoc, contract renewal and contract compliance), in order to ensure the profitability of each customer.

2. Customer interaction for pricing:
To support the BP goal through proper revenue management of accounts which highly impact country performance;
To actively participate in account pricing analysis, strategy sessions;
To assist in assessing and developing pricing strategy to enhance competitive advantage.

3. Report analysis.
To develop detail analysis and report findings to appropriate functions on all RM related activities;
To follow up with necessary functions to effect any changes necessary to improve the achievement of BP goal.

Job Requirements / Skills:_ Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Finance or relevant discipline
_ Good command of written and spoken English
_ High competencies in computer skills, database development, PowerPoint, Excel and Word applications
_ Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills,highly
motivated, goal-oriented and able to workindependently, a good team player as well
_ Familiar with logistics industry and international trade development in China
_ At least 1 year related experience
