Tasks Description

Global Job purpose (A brief statement indicating the basic purpose of the global job)

Responsible for the complete, timely execution of the Accounting Operations in good quality in the area of Accounts Payable according to the defined activity split. Contribute to the reliability of the books in his/her scope of responsibility allowing a certification by external auditors.

Major tasks and responsibilities:

1) Verify all incoming invoices and payments requests and ensure the alignment with company policy and process daily Accounts Payable transactions
2) Verify appropriate approvals of invoices, investigate, and resolve Accounts Payable issues.
3) Monitor payable records and due date, check and clear vendor open item on regular basis
4) Monthly reconciliation of payable accounts, accrued, prepaid expenses updating and reconciling the subsidiary ledger to the general ledger
5) Support external & internal audit and perform ICS controls in his/her own area of expertise and responsibility
6) Provide guidance and coach junior accountants or other accountants within the team
7) Communicate with internal & external customers for problem investigation and solving
8) Handle standard escalation case and escalate the issue to supervisor/BP/CA as needs.





Requirements Description


Education:

A bachelor degree, preferable in finance and accounting.

Skills/experiences

Familiar with MS office, better to have SAP system experience
AP related experience will be preferred
Good Mandarin and English, both written and oral
Stress handling be able to work under pressure
Be flexible to take multiple tasks and different task
Second language speaker preferred (Japanese,Korea, Thai etc)
