JOB SUMMARY
Develop and maintain co-simulation tools for IC-package-PCB power and signal integrity solution

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Function Specification on chip physical design
Code in C++
Test and fix bug

JOB MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Programming experience in C/C++ is a must
Deep understanding of algorithms, data structure
Experience in large data process
Experience in IC back-end place and route design flow
Experience in using EDA tools in some of the following areas:
LEF, DEF, GDSII
Parasitic Extraction, SPEF/DSPF
Spice simulation
Good communication and problem solving skills.
Team oriented with a desire to learn.
Able to work independently at various levels of sophistication
M.S.E.E. or above. Must have at least 3-year related working experience
