Accenture's Services workforce is a dedicated team of people who work on outsourcing engagements. Job Description
People within the Client Operations-IO workgroup are responsible for the day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients. Client Operations is where the majority of Services people reside and, typically, people in the workgroup are based permanently at a client location. Infrastructure Outsourcing (IO) is the ongoing management and/or improvement of activities related to a part or to the whole of a technical infrastructure (eg information systems, security systems, telecommunications networks), allowing companies to focus on their core business and competencies.
Responsibility
1. LAN/Firewall Daily operation; Change management; Performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
2. Capacity planning and implementation of growth upgrades: Discuss and communicate with users in order to provide capacity planning by upgrading network. Monitor the system to ensure the load balancing in system resources.
3. Testing, evaluation and traffic analysis: Assist the users to evaluate network impact when new system or application is going to roll out. Provide necessary advice to users to optimize the network performance or necessary warning for any predictable network impact.
4. Providing necessary local assistance to WAN team for any circuit upgrade or new circuit implementation. Collect local pricing information of equipment and circuits. Coordinate and deal with local PTT to ensure WAN service delivery. Working with GNOC / Security and WAN team to follow the standard process, procedure and policy.
5. Serves as local consultant and trainer on various aspects of networking
Professional Skill Requirements
? BS or MS, Computer Science, MIS, IT or related field
? 3 years and above IT network support/delivery experience
? CCNP or CCIE certification
? Should have experience with all of the following technologies / equipment:
· Routing Protocols - BGP/OSPF/EIGRP
· Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS)
· Security Authentication System - RSA Authentication Manager, Tacacs+
· Network monitoring tools
· Wireless - Wireless AP, Wireless LAN Controller
· Remote Access Systems - SSL VPN, IPSec VPN
· QoS & WAN Optimization
· CISCO IP telephony, VoIP -CCM 6.1, CCME
· WANs - IPLCs/DPLCs/Frame Relay/MPLS networks/IPSEC/ATM
· Voice and data integration - specifically IPT technology.
? Experience in large-scale IT outsourcing project is highly preferred
? Knowledge in Cisco Contact Center (IPCC) would be a significant benefit.
? Good interpersonal and presentation skill
? Good communication skill in both oral and written English
