工作内容及职责：

向QAD的客户及合作伙伴提供ERP应用及产品的日常售后支持，产品涵盖ERP、BI(商业智能)等。

参与全球支持运营相关的项目，必要时需要跨时区支持国外客户。

与团队相互支持，提高团队产品及服务专业度。

Duties & Responsibilities
Providing Application Support to QAD customers and partners on our suite of enterprise software products such as ERP, Business Intelligence, Warehousing Management, Demand Management, etc.
Engaged in global support operation project, assist/guide/mentor other teams members to continually improve the expertise of the team

任职资格：

1，特别欢迎有QAD产品相关经验的人士加入

2，2年以上ERP相关领域支持经验(含第三方机构或ERP用户)，具备相关业务知识，对财务、制造、分销的流程有一定了解

3，善于分析及解决问题，有较强文档处理及沟通技巧，较好的团队精神

4，快速持续学习新产品新技术的能力

5，有相关技术背景者优先，如UNIX/Linux,Windows NT,Internet, networks, Progress or Oracle数据库产品

6，流利的汉语普通话及英语表达能力（听说读写）

Qualifications
1. Indepth knowledge of ERP, QAD experince will be an advantage
2. At least 2 years ERP related support experience including both suppliers or users. Understand the process of manufacturing, distribution, or accounting industry.

3, Superior analytical and problem solving skills.Strong documentation and communication skills with team spirit.

4. Demonstrated ability to continually learn new products and technologies
5. Technical/System Experience,strong Progress language skills would be highly regarded (UNIX, Windows NT, Internet, networks, Progress or Oracle).
6, Proficient English and Mandarin skills
