Responsibilities
- Handle daily expenditure/payment and journal entries
- Maintain and reconcile bank accounts
- Data input support to management
- Responsible for full set of accounts including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and management reports.
- Preparation of monthly financial reports and internal / external tax reporting.
- Prepare payroll and employee data filing
- Possess positive attitude and able to work with minimum supervision
- Comply with country legal and statutory reporting requirements
- Ad-hoc tasks as instructed by management
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
- Required skill(s): experience in audit or tax accounting area, MS Office
- Required language(s): Chinese, English
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Strong analytical report, communication and good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Dedicated, committed and honest
