1， 在设备设施工程项目管理方面,具有一定的与政府部门沟通协调的能力和经验。
2， 负责设备设施管理流程和年度维保计划的修订和持续改进，确保流程和计划符合相关技术规范和管理体系的标准，并满足现场使用的要求。
3， 负责特种设备及操作人员的管理和相关信息的及时更新；组织特种设备的日常维护，及时处理设备故障；通过持续可行的维护保养，有效降低设备设施故障率、事故率；确保设备设施无重大事故。
4， 负责设备设施工程项目的现场管理，对施工单位现场文明施工、安全进行监督管理，协助办理工程项目施工所需相关的审批手续，协调解决施工过程中出现的问题等。
5， 要求具备相关设备设施的管理和维护工作经验，参与故障和事故的分析处理。
6， 组织设备资产管理工作，使之帐物相符，状态良好。
7， 具备安全生产知识，有制定设备设施安全操作规程和管理制度的经验。
8， 具有消防安全知识和管理经验。
9， 完成部门总监和经理安排的其他工作。

6， 有条理性，能够同时进行多项工作
7， 英语水平良好，能够阅读相关的英文文件资料
8， 正直诚实，易于合作。
