Major Responsibilities:
? Manage project engineering team
? Prepare project timing and budget plans
? Monitor project progress (achievement of deliverables against project budgets). Ensuring progress maintained according to project plan
? Control the project expense within the budgeted
? Facilitate regular cross-functional team meetings to ensure key project issues are discussed and deliverables are met.
? Build strong working relationships with co-workers, team members, and key stakeholders to influence others and achieve results.

Qualification Requirement:
? Bachelor degree, major in engineering or related.
? At least five years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical/food/chemical project management
? Multinational company experience is preferred
? Excellent leadership, communication and teamwork skills
? Good command of English and computer skills
