In this role you will be expected to undertake the following key responsibilities:
What we expect from you:
Account Management (60%)
Strategic account lead – efficiently management of accounts to achieve both top line and bottom line financial targets for the agency
? Lead annual and project communications strategies for existing clients
? Provide a value-added approach to day-to-day account management issues
? Maintain strong client relations through regular proactive communications
? Efficiently manage campaign budgets
? Manage account teams to efficiently deliver against set KPIs, and maintain high quality performance consistently
? Maintain strong relationships with key media and influencers
? Build a network of like-minded specialists particularly in the event production, digital and mobile development and creative development who can be valuable in assisting us in implementing integrated campaigns
? Grow business opportunities within current clients where appropriate
Business Development (30%)
? Working alongside the Managing Partners to identify, and drive new business within identified sectors – F&B, Sports & Wellness, Travel, Fashion, skincare / Cosmetics
? Identify business opportunities and expand agency portfolio
? Recruit designated teams against new business wins
Agency Marketing (10%)
? Assist in agency marketing initiatives including award entry, media outreach and speaking opportunities at industry events.
? Assist with team training and HR issues. Maximize utilization of team members through effective recruitment. Assist in setting employee goals, appraisals, development plans, etc.; work with Management in dealing with personnel matters.
? Work alongside Management to develop and implement company policies and procedures; reinforce Red Bridge Communications’ values and vision, ethics, culture and critical success factors.
