-From our SFLL, Siemens is looking to recruit a Finance Analyst.
Mission:
-Keep high quality of Accounts Payable daily transaction, responsible for General Ledger reconciliation, based on SAP system. Perform financial accounting controlling function for the company’s expense and support team leader as required.
Dimensions:
-Fixed position in Finance Department, may need to cooperate with different departments within company, shared services from SLC (e.g. SFSL, Taxes, legal, GSS, etc.), Commercial Finance (headquarter) in Germany
What are my responsibilities?
Areas of responsibility:
-Ensure high quality of Account payable related maintenance through communication with related departments;
-Ensure on-time and accurate delivery of monthly reports and General Ledger reconciliation;
-Provide required AP related documents for audit;
-Develop accounting related program and applications with IT department’s support.
-Backup other team member and other ad hoc work to support the sustainable team delivery
What do I need to qualify for this job? 我如何才能胜任？
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree in economic/business/finance required
2. Proficiency in Chinese and international accounting principals CICPA/IFRS/USGAAP. CICPA, ACCA or equivalent certifications is plus
3. Leasing/Financial Institution and Big4 experience is highly preferred
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
6. SAP/leasing application experience preferred
