-To provide financial and business support in terms of budget/forecast preparation and analysis, as well as the reporting and analysis of key figures, trends, variances and KPIs.

What are my responsibilities? 我的工作职责是什么？
-Reporting to: Head of Performance Controlling.
-Direct reports: 3 Senior Performance Controlling Analysts.
Main responsibilities:
1.Managing and co-ordinating the monthly rolling forecast (CFC) process from assumptions gathering to production of key figures, ensuring data is delivered on time and to a high standard.
2.Make sure there are adequate levels of staffing to support the monthly CFC process and other key reports and deliverables.
3.Ensuring consistency of delivered data, especially when numbers come from several data sources e.g. HFM, portfolio model. This involves double checking data produced by team members before it is passed to Head of Performance Controlling and/other other parties.
4.Ensuring monthly floating run is done by U+5.
5.Delegate and allocate tasks across the team to ensure an even balance of workload, taking into consideration strengths and weaknesses of the various team members.
6.Ensure team is cross trained in all tasks and can provide back up for each other in the event of absence.
7.Set team targets during the annual PMP exercise, review and monitor progress throughout the year, suggesting areas for improvement and development where necessary.
8.Work closely with Head of Performance Controlling to manage the delivery of cross-team tasks e.g. sales efficiency reports, p&l reports, special projects etc.
9.Support Head of Performance Controlling in the annual budget exercise.
10.Keep the portfolio model up-to-date and make sure it reflects changes in the business model e.g. VAT reform.
11.Make suggestions for improvement of tasks/processes and/or the introduction of new initiatives.
12.Ad-hoc tasks as requested by Head of Performance Controlling and/or wider business.

What do I need to qualify for this job? 我如何才能胜任？
1.Highly commercially-aware finance analyst, capable of producing quality financial and commercial information and analyses.
2.Ability to communicate complex and technical issues clearly and succinctly to all levels of the organization, responding to questions/challenges with sound financial and commercial argumentation.
3.Deep analytical skills and independent follow-up of items to ensure the correctness and completeness of data.
4.Technically-driven individual contributor with the ability to take complete ownership of all given tasks, and to constantly question existing assumptions.
Required Work Experience:
1.At least 5 years + multinational company FP&A experience. Big 4 experience also welcome.
2.Leasing/Financial Institution and Big4 experience is highly preferred.
3.Team leading experience is highly preferred
4.Deep understanding of analytical/forecasting tools and models.
Required Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree in accounting/economic/business/finance.
2.Proficiency in Chinese and international accounting principles CICPA/IFRS/USGAAP.
3.CICPA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent certifications preferred.
4.Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
5.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
6.HFM, SAP/leasing application experience preferred.
