职位概述：负责售后问题处理并与其它部门合作分析根本原因及采取短期及长期措施。负责新项目前期质量活动支持新项目开发。
职责:
负责工厂售后，包括:
协调各部门合作分析根本原因及采取短期及长期措施
协调FPT对于售后的各项支持活动
负责售后问题最终客户报告整理
负责变速器前期质量管理 (质量检测，设备能力，设备防错，产品追溯性)
负责客户服务人员安排
负责售后费用分析及控制
专业技能:
英语听说读写流利
有动力总成行业同岗位工作经验
具备动力总成制造和生产知识
了解WCM或其他生产体系
良好的团队合作和团队沟通能力
相关生产质量管理经验(齿轮加工、变速器装配)

TITLE: Quality Engineering Manager
REPORT TO: Quality Director
AGE: 32-43 years old
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing subjects and above
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: At least a 5 years experience from the same industry (JV experience is preferred).
Position Summary
Responsible for dealing with warranty issues and cooperating with other departments for root cause analysis and implementing containment action and long-term solution
Responsible for quality activities of new project at early period in order to support new project development
Duties:
In charge of Plant Warranty including:
Coordination of all departments for performing root cause analysis and implementing containment action and long-term solution
Coordination with FPT for all customer service support activities
Responsible for preparation of final customer report for warranty issues
Responsible for transmission quality management at early period (quality inspection, machine capability, error-proofing equipment, product traceability )
Responsible for arrangement of customer service staff
Responsible for warranty cost analysis and control
Professional Skills:
Good English spoken and written
Experience in the same position in other powertrain environment
Knowledge of Transmission product and manufacturing
knowledge of WCM or other manufacturing systems
Good teamwork skills and team coordination
Relevant experience in manufacturing quality management (gear machining, transmission assembly)
CHARACTERISTICS:
