职位描述
酒店培训项目--实习助理
职责：
1. 协助美国饭店协会教育学院（AHLEI）培训课程在中国的推广
2. 协助公司在中美两地会议期间的培训课程、交流项目；
3. 向我们的目标客户推广酒店管理培训项目
4. 与潜在的客户沟通相关的培训要求
5. 参与制定酒店培训项目来达到客户的期望值
6. 协助项目经理跟进商务进程， 维护客户关系
7. 上级安排的各项工作
要求
1、 酒店旅游管理、市场营销等相关专业本科或研究生在校学生；
2、 英语读写流利，可以用英文作为工作语言；
3、 有良好的服务意识与沟通技巧；能够高效的完成安排的任务，注重细节。
4、 能够熟练的使用电脑，有团队精神。踏实肯干，有责任心，待人诚恳。
5、 实习期最短为3-6个月，可提供实习证明，可兼职。
Responsibilities will include:
1. Assist the promotion of AHLEI training program in China
2. Assist the overseas training and communicating program during the conference
3. Introducing the hotel management training program to target clients
4. Customize the program to meet the clients requirements
5. Involve in making the training program
6. Assist the program manager to follow up business, and maintain the customer relationship
7. Other jobs assigned by superior.
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing or hotel/tourism management
2. Excellent English skills, using as working language
3. Good customer service skills & concepts; Efficient organization; Detail oriented
4. Computer proficient; Team oriented; Ability to meet deadlines;
5. This intern will last for at least 3-6 months, or part-time, providing the internship qualification
