We supply architects, designers and private consumers across the world with textiles and textile-related products.
Now, we are looking for a new member of its sales support team to join our Asia subsidiary.
Job description:
We offer you a job with a high level of independence based in our office & showroom in Beijing.
Your role as Office Sales Support, main task is to be a sales support member to assist our Account Manager in Beijing to improve sales, and another responsibility is to maintain our office/showroom operating smoothly.
*As Sales Support, your will be responsible for the whole ordering process, including preparing quotation and contract/order placement and follow up/ coordinate with other colleagues regarding logistics and invoices etc. to ensure completion of orders and delivery on time.
*You need to be responsible for data and information update accurately and timely in system, input project information according to company policy and keep a good team face (communication) with your KAM.
*You will have opportunity to communicate with clients, maintain a good relationship with clients, coordinate and help to solve after-sales problems if have.
*One of your task is to manage our samples in Beijing showroom, including order/delivery/organization of all samples in Beijing and coordinate with Shanghai HQ.
*As Office Admin, your job is to keep office and showroom organized and runs smoothly; office facilities and stationary is under well situation.
*You will communicate and coordinate with our Asia team as a support in Beijing if necessary.
Your profile:
*College degree or above
*At least 2 year ordering or supply chain experience
*Honest, patient, detail-oriented, have strong responsibility
*Strong customer focus and good service attitude
*Have general understanding of the role of sales support/backup in a company
*Good English skills both in written and verbal
*Could work independently under stress, also a good team player with highly self-motivated and ensure high quality and professional output at all time.
