职责概述：
- 负责建立游戏的经济和数值模型以及相关文档
- 和工程师合作，把控和驱动游戏数值模块的实现
- 为游戏内容设计，调试和测试数值
- 和制作人，数据分析团队，运营团队通力合作，保证游戏达到最优的留存和利润指标

职位要求：
- 5年以上游戏数值策划经验；
- 有为拥有大量用户，强社交和PvP游戏设计和调整经济系统、游戏平衡的经验；
- 具备完整项目经验；有项目运营阶段数值调整经验者优先；
- 能使用工具架构复杂的经济模型；熟练使用Excel；
- 具备较强的口头和书面表达能力；良好的人际沟通技能；
- 良好的英语技能；
- 对游戏有创作热情。
