职位描述：
We are looking for R&D Software Engineer who will be responsible to the overall design and
maintenance of the network application/module of the overall system in a development team.
You will work with the project manager to maintain the documents and software and deliver the application on time.
You will also collaborate with test engineers to fix the bugs as soon as possible.

职位要求：
Familiar with TCP/IP protocols and socket programming, the expertise in multi-threading, and knowledge on GUI/XML/HTML, etc.
Well understanding and expertise on OOAD & OOP concepts and practices
3+ years solid design and coding experiences in VC++, in which, 1 years practical experiences on Linux.
Experience with Unix/Linux, open source development tools(eg. GNU tools) will give an upper hand for you as a candidate.
Delivery focused, Self starter, able to work unsupervised
Proactive but structured approach to problem solving
Able to work with a wide range of people from developers to senior management staff
A good team player with excellent communication skills
