Training Coordinator (Intern)

Job Summary
To support and coordinate the full cycle of the UL University internal and corporate training programs in China.

Job Responsibility

? Prepare the training material and delivery(training material printing, training room setup…);
? Coordinate tutor’s schedule and logistic arrangement, pre-work and assessment and communication, and update routine arrangement;
? Create training course and Update training attendance and analyze the training evaluation report in Oracle LMS
? Monitor the training course enrollment and send reminder when necessary
? Support on the other training report preparation and data analysis

Required Skills
? Experience in Human Resources field with training program coordinating and managing experience is preferred;
? Working knowledge of training program support & coordination is required;
? Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese proficiency;
? Proficient in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint;
? A good team player and a fast learner with excellent customer focus, planning and organizing skills;
? Detail-oriented and is able to mult-task and work under time pressure.
