职位描述
Responsibilities
· Responsiblefor driving the IP products revenue objectives in the region/territory
· Responsible for leading the IP sales sales and SE team toward achieving business goals (revenue, products, market share,etc.)
· Engage with channel partners and leverage them to increase coverage and cover all relevant market segments
· Build & maintain high level customer & partner relationships
· Provide weekly regional Field Forecast
· Maintain high level of customer satisfaction
· Provide an ongoing ‘feel’ about the partners’ business and consequently Company’s business through the partner
· Manage & achieve business objectives within the allocated budget
· Share Best Practices with the other regions in the Geo
· Drive development efforts to upgrade the skills of the field

Grow revenue & market share
Execute against sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets
Optimize enterprise account coverage, manage pipeline and ensure adequate opportunities are in different stages of sales cycle
Maximize channel reach
Drive sales performance
Own responsibility for sales budget (Revenue / Expense)
Ensure that territory is optimally covered
Identify new revenue streams
Sales planning and forecasting
Provide company with critical business visibility
Accurately forecast sales by deals in SFDC and product / by partner
Provide understanding of business dynamics and key drivers specific to the region
Accounts plans for key customers
Allocate & monitor quota/SIP to TSE/SEs and ensure alignment with overall regional revenue goals and metrics
Increase Company Market Share & Revenue for key customers in the regions
Develop effective partner coverage using historic/contemporary data to maximize revenue
Build and own executive relationships within key customers and partners
Build and execute accounts plan and segment specific strategies
