职位描述

Responsibilities:

· Provide leadership to diverse and talented project teams within Global Services with the GS management team to understand their business objectives, develop and manage a project plans and ensure successful on-time, on-budget delivery of multiple concurrent large-scale enterprise projects

· Responsible for leading project initiatives from concept to launch within GS. Provide Support input into business and functional requirements, project scope, detailed functional and technical specifications, and impact assessments. Demonstrate leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Manage relationships and coordinate work between different cross-functional teams

· Proven ability to lead project teams and cross functional teams against managed timelines and objectives , have advanced understanding of project life cycles both regionally and globally. Key point of contact for the project and for project communications including reports out to the management team, Executive Sponsor, and Program Leadership Team on project status. Measures and monitor progress at clearly defined points in the process to ensure that the project is delivered on-time, within budget and that exceeds expectations. Balance scope, schedule, budget, quality and risks. Making adjustments as necessary. Prepares and maintains an overall project plan to vehicle action items, milestones and updates against project timeline

· Proven ability to address change, basic ability to influence team members, management, Sr. Management. Represent the project team at stakeholder meetings. Obtain buy-in from senior management for all key project plans, commitments, and changes, Ability to develop project team members (e.g., skills, career, etc.) and conduct performance reviews

· Leading project initiatives from proposal through implementation within Global Services. The ability to identify and analyze project or system requirements, document and develop recommendations and technical specifications for both IP and SAN product range.

· Prepares and maintains an overall program plan and any related project plans to document planning assumptions and decisions facilitate communications among stakeholders and document approved program cost, schedule and scope baselines. Participate in quality management reviews, ensure that all program and project lifecycle checkpoints are met and with the level of quality to ensure project/program success

· Key point of contact for the program and for program communications including reports out to the Executive Sponsor, and Program Leadership Team on Program status. · Represent the project team at stakeholder meetings. Obtain buy-in from senior management for all key project plans, commitments, and changes. Ability to manage a variety of mid-sized to large projects ranging in scope. Manage planning efforts for online projects including estimating, resource allocation, and identification of tasks, activities and milestones.

· Lead project kick off and project status meetings, and report project status on a regular basis to management, and account team. Develop and maintain project schedules, estimates, resource allocations and change control procedures with input from team members as needed. Contribute to project scoping, manage changes to scope, and provide timely communication outlining impact to time and budget. Proactively adjusts budgets and resources as appropriate, in accordance with scope.

· Ability to motivate collaboration between teams of cross-functional disciplines (strategy, design and development) to achieve the desired project goal. Manages overall project issue resolutions and guides team on mitigating risks. Work within, and help improve, a common process across projects to streamline strategy, creative and development. Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree, with Minimum 8 years of related experience

· Or Master’s degree with Minimum 6 years related experience;

· Excellent written and verbal communication

· Advanced knowledge of:

- PM Functional ability: Project conception, Project lifecycle, ability to lead teams and present to peers and Management and Director level audiences. Solution- oriented time management skills

- Business: Understanding Companyfunctional models, processes and systems/ tools

- Technical Proficiencies: MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, MS Project)
