GENERAL MISSION主要任务

- After receiving invoice from suppliers or other depts., AP accountant should check if invoice is legal or not and if the invoice content match the inbound sheet and purchase order (name of goods, specification, quantity, unit price and amount etc) ;

应付会计从供应商或各部门取得发票后，首先检查发票形式上的合法性，然后核对发票的票面信息内容与系统中的入库单、订单信息是否一致（比如商品名称、规格型号、数量、单价、金额等）；

- To do correct invoice check and verify according to the usage of purchased good and made vouchers accordingly;

根据各部门采购用途做好发票结算和审核工作，并根据相关内容填制凭证；

- To authenticate and deduct VAT invoice;

进行增值税发票的认证和抵扣税工作，保证当月可抵扣的进项税额与网上认证的抵扣税额一致；

- To check payable payment and advance payment at the end of the month, collect the vouchers of current month and binding ;

月末做好应付和预付款的核对工作，对本月凭证进行汇总、装订;

- To ensure accurate accounting records in time and clearly and perfectly;

确保会计记录的准确、及时、清晰和完整；

- Help other colleagues to file vouchers if needed and take care of archives;

如果需要帮助其他同事整理凭证并整理财务档案；

- To assist in monthly financial closings, review monthly trial balance and correct errors;

辅助每月财务结账，审核每月试算平衡并改正错误；

- To ensure all transaction comply with legal, foreign exchange and tax requirement;

确保所有的会计事宜都能够符合相关的法律法规；

- To work closely with internal and external auditors during quarterly audit;

季度审计期间协助内外部审计工作；

- Contact with other departments, especially get invoice of amount paid in advance;

与公司内部相关部门保持密切联系，特别是预付账款的要及时取得相应的发票；

- To analyze the arrearage and received payment with department staff;

与部门人员一起进行欠款、回款的统计分析；

- To contact with suppliers and all representatives and reply to them in time;

与供应商、各办事处保持联系，及时回复他们的请求；

- comply with deliverables & reporting schedule;

遵循各种报表的报送期限限制；
