职位描述
Position : Key Account Manager,Clinical
Report to : National Sales Leader, Clinical
Location: Beijing
Introduction:
To manage the commercial relationship with existing key accounts, proactively contacting key accounts to maintain a consistent high level of performance, whilst identifying further new business opportunities, close all business opportunities and achieve the target.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities :
? Achieve the target of key accounts, partially by independent sales work and partially by collaboration with regional sales team;
? Participate in the contract negotiation of KA and monitor the progress of KA contract execution;
? Track and monitor KA performance in the clinical end-user market, effectively solve the problems and manage risks for KA;
? Determine the most crucial needs of KA and carry them out to ensure they receive our first-class customer care and service;
? Manage the opportunity pipeline of KA, support KA activities, prepare presentations, proposals, plans as necessary;
? Collaborate with KA to ensure the execution of reasonable clinical application and continuous growth of our instruments and especially consumables;
? Collaborate with regional sales team to decide the best market penetration tactic;
? Build and maintain relationship with key clinical customers through KA channel, improve the awareness of our products and brand, enlarge the possibility of continuous clinical use;
? Provide the key information including key clinical customer’s trend, competitor intelligence, new requirement on a regular basis, make business development plan and action plan for KA if needed.
Basic Requirements:
Education:
? Bachelor degree, master above is preferred.
? Medical education background or excellent molecular biology knowledge .
Experience:
? At least 3 years working experience in life science industry or medical industry, experience of KA management is preferred.
? Familiar with clinical accounts and medical market.
Skills:
? Excellent in both English and Mandarin communication
? Strong account management and relationship building skills
? Proficient in Microsoft Office
? Excellent expression and presentation skill
? Able to work with colleagues to achieve business goal and improve customers’ satisfaction.
Abilities:
? Highly self-motivated
? Consistently maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm
? A team player, open and frankly speaking
? Willing to travel frequently
