职位描述
Responsibility:
Provide service to our Japanese customer via phone and Email in the manner of polite and professional way. Monitor the network and server, etc.
Handle customer request/incident base on project requirement and support process.
Trouble shooting and resolve customer problem at 1st level.
Escalation base on support flow and tracking the ticket until the case closed.
Record and update ticket information in time.
Requirements:

Native Speaker
Fresh graduate will be accepted
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office, etc.
Good communication skill, have passionate and patient attitude to serve customers.
