Office Administrator
Location: Beijing

Responsibilities:
? Finance and Administrative Support
o Support office and equipment maintenance, coordinate maintenance companies and service providers and procure required office equipment by following the company processes
o Provide local support to finance department
o Make travel arrangements like booking hotel and air ticket.
o Receive guests and inform the corresponding employee about arrival
o Receive and forward incoming calls
o Other work assigned by line manager


Skills and Competencies:
? University degree
? At least 2 years relevant experience in multinational companies
? Familiar with basic SAP
? Material Management know-how is a plus
? Fluent spoken and written English
? Hard working, willing to learn, good team player
? Well versed in MS Office applications
