职位描述
Job Description
1. Provide frontline, system-level technical support to customers in South China during all phases of customer’s product development and manufacturing;
2. Performed build, release, installation, and documentation duties to deploy Truetouch solutions as customer need;
3. Travel to the customer site as needed to provide technical support, demonstration, debug, training, system installation and troubleshooting services, and liaison with AE and System Apps customer support resources to resolve issues;
4. Promote Truetouch solutions, and present Truetouch products and roadmaps to prospective customers;
5. Identify business opportunities with the sales;
6. Analyze customer’s technical requirements, identify industry trends, and provide input to sales and management;
7. Be alert to competitive products and marketing campaigns and keep sales and management informed;
8. Develop strong customer relations at a technical level, to gain further insight to direction and needs of the customer.
Required Skills
1. Bachelor degree major in CS, EE or related discipline, At least 5 years working experience
2. Applicants should have prior FAE/AE experience and/or enjoy working with people in a technical support role;
3. Able to work independently and complete project schedule under press on schedule. Excellent troubleshooting, analysis and problem solving skills;
4. Ability to speak/read/write/present in English clearly.
5. Willing to learn new technologies, self-motivated, passionate about software
6. Good team work spirit, easy to cooperate with customers and team members;
7. Enthusiastic about meeting the challenge of providing world class engineering services;
