Day to Day Responsibilities:
日常职能：
1. Develop and implement software according to the design specification and software development processes;
根据设计规范以及软件开发流程开发和实施软件；
2. Participate in functional reviews, test specifications, code review;
参与功能评价、测试规范以及代码审查；
3. Be involved in the functional requirements and prepare supporting design specification documents;
参与功能需求并准备支持设计规格文档；
4. Create structure design and detail design documents;
创建结构设计和详细设计文档；
5. Perform testing with technical peers and functional end users to ensure successful launch of development projects;
协同技术同行和功能终端用户完成测试，以确保开发项目的成功；
6. Quickly learn new technology and create optimized implementations;
能很快学习新技术并提出优化实施方法；
7. Actively involved in customer specific programs and make it a success story;
积极参与客户的具体方案并使其获得成功；
8. Provide adequate and timely weekly status reporting on assigned tasks;
为指定任务提供适当并及时的每周状态报告；
9. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
要求：
1. Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science, EE, Telecommunication or related field;
计算机科学、电子电气、通信工程或其他相关专业本科以上学历；
2. More than 3 years experience in Software engineering development;
三年以上软件工程开发经验；
3. Knowledge of software development process, software quality assurance and project management;
了解软件开发流程、软件质量保证以及项目管理；
4. C/C++ programming language and design pattern has the actual experience using C/C++ in middle or big level software project;
C/C++编程语言和设计模式的技能在高级别软件项目中有实际应用经验；
5. Team player with good communication skills;
具有良好的沟通能力和团队精神；
6. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability;
良好的分析、解决问题的能力；
7. Fluent communication skills both in Chinese and English, including reading and written;
熟练的英文和中文的读、写能力；
8. Flexibility on travelling;
能够适应出差；
9. Obtain profession certificate of computer, automatic and communication information or Certified Constructor major in Mechanical and Electronic is preferable.
持有初、中级技术职称者(计算机、自动化和通信信息专业)或持有建筑师资格证书（机电专业）优先。

Ltd. and obtained the highest class “Design and Installation” certificate issued by Shanghai Public Security Bureau. In order to enhance its technical capability, Airlink set up R&D team and obtained the title of “High and New Technology Enterprise of Shanghai” awarded by the Shanghai Municipal Government in the same year. Airlink has successfully accomplished a number of major security system projects for airports, banks, governments and multi-national corporations.
