a. On site quality inspection of machine parts.

b. Inspect incoming parts in dimensional, visual, traceability, hardness, etc. and create inspection lot and NC report in SAP.

c. Perform hardness test.

d. Track inspection lot and NC report to close in time.

e. Collect non-conforming parts and feedback quality information timely.
Perform final inspection of finish products.

f. Keep all quality documentation that includes certified material test report (MTR), incoming inspection, final inspection, hydro test report, hardness test report, work order package.

g. Communicate with quality engineer, product engineer, and buyer to deal with NC parts.

· Minimum secondary school or above, major in machinery is preferred.

· More than 2 years of QC inspector experience in mechanical environment.

· Familiar with machining and assembly process.

· Good ability to read and understand drawing, and fulfill inspection independently.

· Be skilled in using common inspection gauge (Proficient in operating CMM, Profile Project is a plus).

· Have knowledge about quality system such as ISO 9001.

· Can read and write English, good computer skill (Auto CAD, Office).

· Understand gage calibration is a plus.
