Job Requirement:
-University Engineering Degree (Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic);
-At least 3 years relevant working experiences;
-Intensive knowledge about KB products and systems;
-Familiar with the tools and process of KB
-Experience/knowledge in systematic problem solving.
Job Description:
-Support Chief Project Quality Manager in executing functional strategies concerning project related quality issues;
-Monitoring accumulation of project related quality issues;
-Actively care and follow up project quality issues with the target to fix the problems in field quickly and significantly reduce issues occuring in the field;
-Coordinating internally with CoCs and Sales&System as well as to external customers for project quality issues for finding root cause and solution;
-Responsible for organization of implementation for retrofit or other sustainable solutions to fix problems in field;
-Support Project managers and participating in customer meetings for project related quality issues including preparation of report to customers;
-Preparation of analyses and reports for regular reporting to various management levels.
