职位描述
Import & Export Supervisor, Export & Import Coordinator, Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Keeper, Buyer, purchasing supervisor
To provide continuous and stable materials supplying, proper planning and accurate/speed logistics service to fulfill production and customer demands, while maintaining a suitable inventory level and continuously driving down the cost. To keep the delivery smoothly base on customer’ requirement.
1. To manage the supplier base and ensure the company has the on time and qualified supply.
2. To continually draw down the purchasing cost to support the business and company profit.
3. To make raw materials purchasing plan, ensure the proper material supply to production, and control a suitable inventory level.
4. To ensure warehouse at good condition, include but not limit at stock accuracy, and finished goods dispatch accuracy, and on time dispatch, etc.
5. To make sure transportation of goods to our customers using the most efficient, cost effective method.
6. To manage the customs affair (Import/Export).
7. To manage the team of material department, developing them and offering direction and support.

3. On Time Delivery (Materials/Logistics Related, HUB&POD)
4. Inventory Accuracy
5. Transportation Cost
Education and Training:
Bachelor degree or above, MBA is prefer.
Experience and Skill:
1. At least 8 years experience in managing Log (Planning, Purchasing, customs clearance, warehousing, facility management, operation experience will plus ) and 4 years experience as SCM manager or above.
2. Familiar with Import & Export operation and Custom policy.
3. Strong project management experience.
4. Strong experience in warehouse management and cost control is essential.
Personality and Competency:
5. Good English competency, both written and spoken.
6. Strong negotiation skill.
7. Good communication skills
8. PC and ERP system literate
9. Customer orientated
10. Good team player
