JOB IDENTIFICATION

Job Title Senior Manager, Finance Shared Service Suzhou

Principal Objectives:

？ Lead and coach finance shared service team in Suzhou. Ensure accurate and timely book-keeping and reporting services for the entities in scope. Develop team and individual competences. Nurture customer-oriented culture in the FSSC operation.

？ Implement FICO modules in SAP and enhance accounting and reporting processes.

？ Execute accounting policies, procedures and practices in accordance with USGAAP, local GAAP, group guidelines, SOX and other audit requirements.

？ Establish effective control narratives for accounting operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

? Coordinate and manage the general accounting functions and activities including AR, AP, FA, GL and T&E to standardize and document all accounting activities in working instructions

? Compile all monthly, quarterly and annual finance reports with proper review in a timely manner

? Strengthen PTP, OTC, RTR processes and their related transactions with adequate segregation of duties and proper authorizations

? Lead GL accountants to act as a liaison between the accounting and BU controlling teams in providing basic finance information including but not limited to cash flow status, CIP report, CAPEX spending, working capital trends to ensure proper data disclosure and documentation of history

? Partner with business and operation functions to analyze and make changes to FSSC operating processes in order to meet the changing business needs

? Collaborate with country tax and treasury functions to ensure compliance of accounting and reporting for tax and treasury transactions with GAAPs, group guidelines and statutory requirements

? Liaison with related finance consultants, internal and external audits, bank, local tax bureau and other government offices to ensure compliance in accounting treatment and finance reporting

? Provide leadership role in finance related projects

Basic Qualifications:

? Bachelor degree and above in accounting, finance or economics

? 10 years plus related working experience in MNC with 5 years above in management role

? Solid SAP competence

? CICPA or other accounting designations is preferred

? Strong communication and interpersonal skills

? Self-motivated, result driven and able to work with minimal supervision

Effectively bilingual (Chinese & English)

? Good PC skills, especially in Excel, Word & PowerPoint
