An Industry Leader is looking to recruit an experienced Code of Conduct Manager to be based in their Shenzhen office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced compliance professional to work within a leading global company.

As the CoC Manager you will be fully responsible for managing and reporting CoC issues and making judgements and pre-assessments (red, critical, major or minor.) Conducting CoC assessment, audits and follow up with suppliers. You will make recommendations on audit results and how to proceed after making assessments. Help suppliers adhere to compliance regulations and teach suppliers where necessary. Review auditor audit result and make recommendations. Work together with internal stakeholders and continuously identify ways to improve and optimise processes.

Please note this role is based in Shenzhen


Requirements:



The ideal candidate will be degree educated in Engineering, Manufacturing or related and must have gained a minimum of 5 years experience in CoC assessment, audit and social compliance. Strong knowledge of ICTI, SA8000 and BSCI. Excellent communication skills and able to build strong relationships with suppliers. Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin are essential. Travel will be required in this position.
