1. 开发新的OEM客户，销售Xylem产品，以确保江苏市场OEM销售的持续增长,完成个人的市场目标，包括订单、销售及客户等；
2. 维护与现有客户的良好合作关系，保持及时的沟通并获得有效的信息，挖掘潜在
的销售机会，协助渠道伙伴从事和营销公司产品，并对潜在客户的需求及时处
理和跟踪；
3. 开发新的分销渠道，建立并不断完善销售网络，协助销售经理完成渠道战略目标；
4. 有效协调内外部资源以达成销售目标；
5. 组织并参与各种销售活动，如展会、客户研讨会、拜访设计院等。
6、协助完成部门的其它活动


1. 专科及以上学历，环境工程或机械相关专业；
2. 三年以上相关销售经验，有OEM客户开发经验或水泵行业经验；
3. 良好的沟通及人际交往能力，良好的团队合作意识
4. 能够承担较大工作压力，愿意出差。
5、能够熟练地应用Microsoft Office软件
6、具有一定的英语能力
