IBM Global Expense Reporting Solutions (GERS) is the leading provider of Web-based employee travel and expense (T&E) management service that offers a standard solution with configurable modules. Performance test team investigate and help resolve system performance bottle neck and related issues, and implement tools to migrate, generate testing data. In this position, you will work closely with senior engineers including software developers and function testers to achieve this goal. Upon joining our team, you will have an opportunity to:

- Learn how different IBM products work together to satisfy customers' requirements
- Grow your technical expertise and professional skills.

Your responsibility includes:
- Design performance test strategy.
- Write technical documents.
- Perform performance test.
- Implement testing tools, design and implement framework to refine and enhance current performance test process and coverage
- Drive innovations based on current projects, cooperating with automation team and development team to improve software quality
- Efficiently communicate with engineers from other teams in China and other countries.

Required Skills:
- Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other related majors
- Proficient in Java programming and debugging skills
- Good knowledge of web programming, such as HTML, Javascript, Dojo, etc
- knowledge of database, such as DB2, MySQL, etc, strong background in programming and tunning SQLs
- knowledge of network, such as network topology, TCP/IP, etc
- knowledge of Linux operation system
- Self-motivated, quick learner and passionate, strong abilities to solve problems
- knowledge or experience in analyzing and processing big data
- Good communication skills in both Chinese and English
