Position Purpose
In order to serve customer needs better and deliver product faster to meet global economical change requirement
Better understand on product level -- both feature and application area, therefore integrate and deliver right product to right customer at right time
To fit Grundfos R& D new setup – new WoW (from resource management to delivery management)

Major Tasks
？ Review (Sr. & Chief) & Define product requirement and interface
？ Create Product concept (Chief)
？ High level design of product module deployment, and configuration
？ Integrate and test /verify Product
？ Get Product approvals
？ Ensure Product level performance
？ Make Product test strategy and plan
？ Specify / review (Sr.) and follow up on the deliveries from stream
？ Analyze Technology/competitor benchmarking
？ Review PFMP—engineering view
？ Make Product document & introduction
？ Assist Dept Head to coach and develop PE/APE and promote Development process and best practice to other functions/Organization (Sr. & Chief).

Decision Competences
？ Decision on right product architecture with right SUC, able to do trade-off to balance cost and solution（Sr. & Chief）
？ Approve deliveries validation from stream. (Engineer & above)
？ Be able to deal with ambiguity and timely provide tech direction to achieve target (Engineer & above)

Required Qualifications
? Bachelor degree or above with Electronic etc
? At least 5 years’ experience on control system/solution development, pump product design will be preferred
? Good English skills including reading, writing and speaking
? Skillful in software tools, like Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project , etc
? Good team work skills and willing to share knowledge.
? Familiar with typical modules used in Grundfos products, be able to create product architecture & integrate product.
? Know how to use the DFSS tools to do the systematic design & coach others to do so, like QFD, D-FEMA, DFA, P-FEMA, DOE…
? Familiar with the development process and be able to find improvement area, like PDP and functional process
? Be able to lead & review product design and write/update Design journals / Product requirement spec. / AI / test and verification plan, etc.
? Well understanding on GD&T. Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes and the tolerance.
? Familiar with approval requirement on solution & system & pumps, like Atex, CE, FM, UL, etc approvals.
? Able to define qualified specification and play an coordinate role together with team members to fulfill the technical tasks.
