Education：Bachelor degree or above, major in finance or related area
Experience：At least 6-8 years internal auditing/external auditing experience

特别知识/技能
Specific Knowledge/Skills

Fluent English, both speaking and writing
Willing to travel extensively within China
Self-motivated and self-disciplined
Good communication skill, kind but with principle
Experience of being project leader, good report writing skills and ability to converse with auditee's management on audit findings
CPA and CIA would be an added advantage
Work experience in Big 4 or Fortune 500, SOX or similar corporate governance exposure under listing company requirements would be an added advantage

工作职责
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

1.Lead the project team to make preparation, work out audit plan, assign work to team members and report to IA Head timely

2.Organize the project team to conduct audit testing, monitor work quality, manage the work progress, and timely provide guidance and coordination, solve the problems

3.Review carefully the audit working papers, evidence etc

4.Summarize the audit findings and Organize audit meetings to discuss the audit findings with management

5.Prepare the audit reports for Head of IA review and approval

6.Follow up the audit issues and ensure the action plan are implemented according to the agreed schedule

7. Maintain a cooperation relationship with BUs in China

8. Coach and training IA staffs of audit skills

9. update the audit program assigned on a timely manner, explore the new audit areas.
