岗位职责：
1、负责产品销售数据的收集、分析、发现市场上存在的机会及问题；
2、综合所有信息完成负责产品的规划、销售策略的制订、活动的策划及监督执行；
3、指导下属完成文献查阅、市场信息收集、策略制订、活动组织等工作；
4、确保所有开展的市场工作均需从销售市场的实际需求出发；
5、市场活动执行的结果定期追踪，增加销售为最终目的。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，医学药学、市场营销专业；
2、有销售经验且从事医药行业5年以上；
3、把握销售策略、拟定产品周期规划、学术活动执行；
4、具有较强的解决问题能力、组织协调能力、沟通能力、项目管理能力、信息采集分析能力、分析思考能力；
5、有带团队的成功经验；
6、有抗压能力，可适应高频率的出差。
