岗位职责：
1、辅助项目经理，做好项目管理和对外沟通工作；
2、协助项目团队，收集、整理、撰写项目文档资料；
3、配合项目团队，了解客户需求及变更，协助确认需求；
4、联系项目成员, 督促并报告项目任务完成情况；协调会议并进行做会议记录；
5、跟踪项目质量，参与公司产品测试、操作手册撰写等；
6、熟练掌握产品知识，熟知功能特色，熟练系统操作，执行对客户进行宣传介绍和应用培训。
7、完成公司安排的数据收集、分析等其他工作。

任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、工程以及文秘类专业毕业；
2、2年以上的项目工作经验，有软件类项目经验者优先；
3、具有良好的写作能力，规范的文档经验；
熟练使用MS Office（Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Project以及Viso）等常用办公软件；
熟练使用MindManager（思维导图）等软件；
熟悉并能使用axure软件；
4、具有较强的沟通、理解能力，具有清晰准确的语言表达。
