Introduction
-This position will work closely with HR Consultant/Recruiting Consultant to recruit qualified employees. Talent market intelligence gathering and analysis. Channel and pipeline analysis and build up. Maintain talent pool.


What are my responsibilities?
- Clarify job requisitions with HR Consultant/Recruiting Consultant; Use of recruiting system to manage complete recruiting process
- Phone interview and evaluate candidates for employment based on job experience, education and training, knowledge, skills and capabilities, organizational culture considerations, and other data pertinent to classify and select for a wide variety of positions in multiple functional disciplines.
- Take initiatives to communicate with HR Consultant/Recruiting Consultant about the recruiting status, provide complete and transparent analysis of recruiting status.
- Maintain current knowledge in business, marketplace, legal and recruitment trends and requirements.
- Build pipeline of candidates and maintain relationships with qualified candidates and contacts. Work closely with HR Colleagues to establish/maintain talent pool.
- Actively support HR recruiting programs / projects.


What do I need to qualify for this Job?
- Bachelor or above
- Familiar with recruiting methodology and tools(Interview and assessment skills)
- Has basic knowledge of HR related policies and labor law
- Knowledge of business trends of Business Groups of Siemens China
- Fluent English both in verbal and written
- At least 2 year recruiting experience in MNC or headhunter agency
- Familiar with e-HR or e-recruiting system
- Logic thinking, good communication skills and analysis ability, willing to learn.
