Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Organize operator with right skillto finish the production order issued by planner with high quality and on time delivery.20%
• The management of workshop material, including monitor the usage of production material, wastage rate and WIP, Low value consumables. 20%
• Production problem solvingor coordinate, the follow-up of corrective action.15%.
• Workshop management to make sure all company policy , procedure , standard working instruction be followed up , including safety ,5S, discipline, etc 15%
• Lead or work with related engineer to improve quality,OEE, and productivity a. 10%
• Team workbuildingand motivate team including operator to achieve KPI target 10%
• Promote Corning culture in the organization 5%
• Other tasks signed by direct supervisor. 5%

Education & Experience

• Junior college or above
• 3years experience in molding production management.

Required Skills

• Molding productionmanagement skills.
• Good knowledge of molding process .
• Problem Solving and Analytical skillslike good knowledge of quality tools like QC 7 tools , SPC.
  

Desired Skills

• Functional understanding of PeopleSoft and/or SAP systems.
• With good experience in clean room molding production management.
• With good oral English skill.

• Good communication skill to interact effectively with colleagues and other supporting function.
• Good skill of people motivation.
• Goodread and writtenEnglish skills.
• Sense of urgency and creativity to handle production issues and adapt plan to meet objectives.
