职位描述

Department: Sales

Reports to (Function): National Key Account Manager


Major Accountabilities (Describe the main results of the job to be achieved )


Budget Management:

·Drives net sales revenue and operating income for specified accounts / channel within trade spend budget.

·Monitor and optimize key account spend investment and complete ROI analysis.

·Participate in all category reviews for core brands, and complete business review with account as required.

·Trade spend for Key Pharmacy Accounts is managed within budget


Key Account Performance Management

·Negotiations with clients and conclusion of agreements for joint business development on an annual basis

·Organize and supervise effective target implementation of budgets aimed at increase of distribution, merchandising and sales volume

·Maintain and build relationships with all key accounts and develop joint business plans

·Participate in formation of key account sales plan and responsible for its completion

·Negotiations with key account and conclusion of agreements for joint business development on an annual basis

·Strict observance of policies regarding network key account and conflict settlement

·Total Net Sales as per target are achieved

·In conjunction with DSM/RSM and Pharmacy group consistency relating to trading terms and discounts.


Promotion Activities Management

·Prepare together with key chain store stakeholders on periodic purchasing forecasts regarding each “SKU”, sales periodic forecasts, retail distribution and trade marketing promotion development plans

·Develop and implement key account plans & category growth initiatives to achieve sales targets.

·Execute promotional plans in line with category strategy and OTC P3 promotional guidelines.

·Implement and monitor Pharmacy Promotional Programs including the provision of approved advertising of Scheduled brands



Ideal Background (State the minimum and desirable education and experience level)


Education: College degree in business (or equivalent preferred)

Languages: Fluent in Mandarin

Experience:·Demonstrated sales experience of minimum 2-3 years in OTC / FMCG as Retail Supervisor / Key account management or Sup.
