Department Description
Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) is a revolutionary step in human capital management. Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management is a complete suite of HR products that offers both breadth and depth of global functionality that drives business value. It can be deployed on a public, private, or hybrid Cloud. The core foundational components of the Fusion HCM solution are built and maintained by the Global Human Resources development team. Additionally, the Global HR team is also responsible for core functionality that serves the greater Fusion Applications suite.
Key Components and Functionality Include
1.Support for multiple work relationships that employees or contingent workers may have with multiple legal employers, multiple assignments, or individual contract agreements
2.Basic position management, Absence management, New hire monitoring
3.Automated roles provisioning
4.Composite, role based, interactive views of worker information
5.Role based dashboards with embedded analytics, Interactive visual org charting
6.Brief Posting Description
7.Analyze, design develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for commercial or end user applications.
8.Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications.
Job Requirements
1. B.S. or M.S. degree in a field relevant to functional area
2. 4+ years work experience in JAVA/J2EE
3. Good SQL skills with experience in developing RDBMS applications
4. Good understanding of relational database design, normalization and data models
5. Knowledge of software development lifecycles and methodology
6. Good understanding of object-oriented design and development
7. Good understanding of application development in a multi-tier environment
8. Creative, has initiative and able to work independently
9. Good command of spoken and written English. Well developed interpersonal skills are also critical as the job requires constant interaction with other teams in different countries.Working effectively in a virtual team with members located in multiple time zones may be a feature of this position, including the ability to attend conference calls outside of normal working hours.
10. Consistently delivers high quality results on time.
11. Works well with others in achieving goals and building productive relationships
12. Plans tasks and projects and defines the resources needed for achievement of deliverables.
13. Knowledge of a HCM ERP system useful, but not essential
14. Knowledge of Linux, Networking and VM's, and product integration is a plus
