- For our Healthcare Sector in SUZHOU,we are looking for a 热线客服代表customer service representative.

What are my responsibilities?

1.Diploma or above;

大专以上学历；

2.Good communication skills, can work under pressure.

良好的沟通表达能力，能承受一定压力。

3.1 years' call center experience is preferred;

1年以上呼叫中心工作经验尤佳；

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- Responsible for answering hot line phone call, fulfill customers and end users’ requirement, assist them get proper help and service from company.

负责热线的接听，协助客户以及最终用户从公司获得必要的支持和服务。

1.Answer company toll free phone call, accept and reply customer/end user’s query and complaint;

负责公司800免费热线的接听，接受客户以及最终用户的投诉和咨询；

2.Transfer complaint or requirement to relevant department, get solution and reply to customer;

将投诉以及客户的要求反馈给相关部门，并跟踪最终结果，反馈给客户；

3.Communicate with customer regarding to the order difference raised by production department, find out solution together with customer and production line.

负责将生产部门发现的客户定单的差异与客户沟通，寻求解决方案。
