职位描述
Title: Sr. IT Expert-- Application Integration
Report to: IT Manager
Location: Changshu
IT (Sr.) Expert, Quality Assurance, Paper ENA and Asia (Application Integration)
Job holder will be mainly responsible for continuous improvement type of activities in the application integration area from existing landscapes where big amount of applications are involved. Applications are based on different technology and platforms e.g. SAP (including HANA), Oracle, IBM MQ, Sales Force.com, Content manger, MES, Cognos / Oracle BI etc. covering process areas sales, order fulfilment, production, logistics and business intelligence.
Main tasks & responsibilities
1) Ensure the quality of operational data & message flows from existing application integration via existing monitoring tools
2) Propose and setup new monitoring method & tools and adopt effective alerts for defined events esp. for data & message flow errors
3) Identify solution defects, bugs and improvement opportunities via monitoring and systematic health check of current solutions
4) Pre-investigate problematic cases found, propose, coordinate, and continuously follow up for resolutions from across IT teams and also vendors till its successful implementation.
5) Integrate to business relevant teams - key user network, support team, process owners, and solution owners - to incorporate effective two-way communications for any relevant issues, improvements & actions follow-up.
6) Maintain & develop effective vendor cooperation under multi-vendor support / development team environment.
7) Routinely update &release proper pre-defined statistics & reporting.
8) Create and maintain documentation and training materials.
Requirements
1) Bachelor degree or above in IT related major or business administration.
2) Good domain know-how on manufacturing type of industry business processes.
3) At least 2~3 years’ experience (project or user support) in application support areas (for senior positions 5+ years required.)
4) Good interpersonal skills & team player.
5) Good verbal and written English communication skills is highlighted for this position
6) Proven track of working with multinational teams is highly preferred.
7) Proven track of excellent organizing skills among teams/ multi-stakeholders is necessary.
8) Capable for working under pressure, highly committed to agreed deadlines
9) Good knowledge on IT processes, e.g. ITIL
10) Willing to travel, domestically and internationally.
