Job Description:

1.Monitoring the quality of operational results in areas of supporting processes;

2.Implementation and monitoring methods for monitoring compliance, quality improvement in accordance with the requirements of the IAC Group to ensure the satisfaction of the customer (eg internal audits of products and processes);

3.Documentation, analysis, monitoring the effectiveness of internal and external complaints,;

4.Attending for meetings for the purpose of removing defects, eventually. complaints, such as P-FMEA, 8 D, and so on;

5.Reports to the requirements of superior quality and at an agreed time (in response to customer complaint within 24 hours);

6.Responsibility for updating the monitoring plan in their own area of ??responsibility;

7.Effective management of workers at their cost and timeliness of supply (as well as JIT);

8.Proposed changes in personnel to streamline processes within their own department for cooperation with departments within the IAC Changshu and IAC Group management and staff involved;

9.Proposing improvements in their own area of ??responsibility;

10.Compliance with laws and regulations in their own area of ??responsibility (eg OSH, work order) Implemented internal auditing system / process (process walks);

11.Coordinate the implementation of audit products;

12.Implemented by the other work under the instructions of his superiors in the kind of work agreed in the contract;
