Job responsibilities:
1.Assist QAD supervisor in setting the QAD/ERP and ensure it's running smoothly,consistently and accurately;
2.Assist application project implementation in Chanshu plant and conduct detail checking from every side including performance and documents before the system enters into real life;
3.Understand the plant business and setup the QAD system;
4.Provide QAD training to end users;
5.Take charge of on-site QAD support and daily QAD operations/maintenance;
6.Ensure new QAD related features and process are effectively integrated to achieve maximum productivity;
7.Anticipate informational requirements,rather than react to management instructions or requests;

Job requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above,major in information technology or other related;
2.English is a must,both oral and written;
3.Demonstrate expertise in at least one of the following areas(manufacturing/disttributionfinance);
4.Trouble shooting and problem solving skills;
5.High proactivity,integrity and reliability;
6.A strong customer-focused attitude and ability to communicate at all levels from senior management to shop floor personnel;
7.Good hands-on experience on ERP system(QAD knowledge/Skill are highly recommended);
8.Sound IT skills as well as good business knowledge;
